隨著現(xiàn)代科技的迅猛發(fā)展，人類已開始步入AI時(shí)代。地球，這個(gè)我們賴以生存的唯一家園，正經(jīng)歷人類文明發(fā)展的前所未有的沖擊和洗禮。

從石器時(shí)代到青銅時(shí)代，從青銅時(shí)代到農(nóng)業(yè)時(shí)代，從農(nóng)業(yè)時(shí)代到工業(yè)時(shí)代，從工業(yè)時(shí)代到信息時(shí)代，直至今天，人類經(jīng)歷了漫長(zhǎng)的、波瀾壯闊的演化?；仨^去，當(dāng)我們贊嘆人類偉大歷程的同時(shí)，也不無遺憾地發(fā)現(xiàn)，我們離自己的過去越來越遠(yuǎn)，足跡也越來越不清晰。

當(dāng)前，人類文明由星球文明向星際文明的跨越路徑愈來愈清晰，但人類走得越快越遠(yuǎn)，土著文化，這些帶有人類古老文明芬芳的“瑰寶”就愈加顯得彌足珍貴。

1、聯(lián)盟將全力鏈接世界土著部落群體，組織整合世界土著文化資源，使其共生共榮，常青不敗！

2、在這一事業(yè)啟動(dòng)之后，聯(lián)盟首先要整合首批響應(yīng)地區(qū)“土著文化”資源，并在適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī)，組織推動(dòng)召開“首屆世界土著文化發(fā)展聯(lián)盟大會(huì)”。可以想見，當(dāng)全球各地的不同的土著文化藝術(shù)表演樣式薈萃一堂，那將足以震撼世界！

3、聯(lián)盟將每?jī)赡杲M織召開一屆世界土著文化聯(lián)盟大會(huì)，每次大會(huì)將設(shè)立不同主題，如部落藝術(shù)表演主題、飲食主題、文化習(xí)俗主題、婚禮主題等等，逐步展現(xiàn)世界土著文化的多樣性和豐富多彩，以及原始文化的魅力和現(xiàn)代價(jià)值。
